THE ART OF MODERN LIFE

COLONY SQUARE REIMAGINED

Originally breaking ground in 1968, Colony Square was a novel idea for its time — a mix of office, residential, retail and hotel, all in one spot, on 12 acres in Midtown Atlanta. Over time the icon’s prominence was overshadowed by newer, shinier developments around it. Our client, North American Properties, seeing a diamond in the rough in this modernist architectural gem, acquired it with the intent to not just restore its lost glory, but to transform the property into a sophisticated business, residential, and cultural hotspot.

The brand design for this project drew inspiration from the property’s architectural pedigree and from its location at the heart of Atlanta’s business and cultural districts.
